Our story

Tavern “KOLINASI” is situated in the heart of Istria towards Hum, the smallest town in the world, at the entrance to the Glagolitic Alley. We can describe it as gorgeous landscape. It is arranged in the authentic istrian style in stone and wood.

Gastronomic offer is focused to the traditional domestic istrial cousine. The tavern has a capacity of 50 persons in the amazing interior made of old grota (stone in istrian dialect) and big terrace which can accommodate around 70 people.

Luxuriously vast space offers the possibility of organizing parties, chrisms, communions, birthdays, weddings etc. The best insight into above mentioned you can experience and taste by visiting us in our tavern “Kolinasi”, persuading yourself to our traditional cousine made in homelike way meeting all the modern cognitions. The flame from the fireplace and a glass of good wine made by famous croatian winemakers will make your stay unforgettable.
